Fuming, fretting and complaining doesn`t seem to be getting you anywhere very fast. OK so there is a temporary road block at work and you may have to wait a bit for that to clear. But you could also be chipping away at whatever stands in your path. All you need is determination and perseverance. OK at one point, you will want to disappear into a private space and just chill out. Try to be more honest about what is really bugging you underneath. Even if you only speak the truth to yourself, you will feel better.
